Power of Subconscious Mind

To improve our lives, it is very necessary that we understand how our mind works - How Our Mind Works , Chetan and Subconscious Mind - How is Conscious and Subconscious Mind and how do we understand the power of the mind Can Improve Life - Understanding Power of Mind

In psychology, we see the human mind as different parts. Mainly the mind is divided into two parts - the conscious mind and the subconscious mind.
The division of conscious or subconscious mind is not done on any actual physical basis, but it is a concept of psychology or the state of mind. Understanding this concept can bring a big change in our life.

The conscious mind is our conscious or active state, in which we decide on the basis of thinking and reasoning or do some work.
The subconscious mind is like a storage room, which stores all our thoughts, experiences, perceptions, etc. Subconscious Mind does not take decisions of reasoning and thinking, but it works automatically on the basis of our past experiences and assumptions.

Whenever a person is learning to run a cycle for the first time, then he has to carefully control the cycle. In the beginning, he can not balance and he is also scared.
But after a few days when he learns to ride a bike, now he does not even need to think about controlling bicycles. Now the bicycle is controlled automatically and now he can cycle with talking to friends or doing some other work.
why does this happen ?????

Subconscious Mind – Autopilot System

In the beginning, when the person is first learning to cycle, he is using his "Conscious Mind ". But when he practices cycling repeatedly,  then this experience begins to be stored in his subconscious mind  and slowly the subconscious mind takes the place of the conscious mind.
Our subconscious mind is like an  autopilot system, which automatically works in its own way.
All automated tasks like breathing, heart beat etc. are done by the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind has an important contribution in all our habits and everyday activities.

How Mind Works

The subconscious mind is like a software or robot,  which is programmed by the conscious mind. The subconscious mind is like a robot who can not think himself a little good, he works automatically according to the previously done programming.
Each of our thoughts has a significant effect on our subconscious mind or it can say that whatever we think or do, we are programming our subconscious mind and then gradually the subconscious mind will control it. Seems.
The formation of our habits and beliefs is similar and later that habit is automatically controlled by the subconscious mind.

How to Program our Subconscious Mind

It depends on us how we programming our subconscious mind. Once the programming is done, the subconscious mind begins to act accordingly - whether that work is wrong or right.
Conscious Mind can also be called a watchman or gatekeeper of thoughts. Actually our thoughts are like a seed and our subconscious mind is like a garden. Our conscious mind decides which seed is dwarf and which is not in the subconscious mind.
We sometimes unknowingly misprinted our subconscious mind - like if I think I will not write this article today, then this small idea can gradually become a habit of avoiding my work tomorrow.
Through intense contemplation and meditation, we can gradually rewrote the subconscious mind and delete the wrong software installed in it.

A vital part of our life controls the robot named "subconscious mind" and this robot is controlled by the programming done by the conscious mind. The programming idea of this robot is from seeded seeds, so success depends on which ideas we choose and what kind of software installs in our subconscious mind.
