In psychology, we see the human mind as different parts. Mainly the mind is divided into two parts - the conscious mind and the subconscious mind.

The division of conscious or subconscious mind is not done on any actual physical basis, but it is a concept of psychology or the state of mind. Understanding this concept can bring a big change in our life.

The conscious mind is our conscious or active state, in which we decide on the basis of thinking and reasoning or do some work.

The subconscious mind is like a storage room, which stores all our thoughts, experiences, perceptions, etc. Subconscious Mind does not take decisions of reasoning and thinking, but it works automatically on the basis of our past experiences and assumptions.

Whenever a person is learning to run a cycle for the first time, then he has to carefully control the cycle. In the beginning, he can not balance and he is also scared.

But after a few days when he learns to ride a bike, now he does not even need to think about controlling bicycles. Now the bicycle is controlled automatically and now he can cycle with talking to friends or doing some other work.

Each of our thoughts has a significant effect on our subconscious mind or it can say that whatever we think or do, we are programming our subconscious mind and then gradually the subconscious mind will control it. Seems.

The formation of our habits and beliefs is similar and later that habit is automatically controlled by the subconscious mind.

How to Program our Subconscious Mind

It depends on us how we programming our subconscious mind. Once the programming is done, the subconscious mind begins to act accordingly - whether that work is wrong or right.

अवचेतन मन के काम करने के दो मुख्य नियम होते हैं। दोहराने से हर चीज अवचेतन मन का हिस्सा (आदत) बन जाती है। अवचेतन मन सच और कल्पना में अंतर नहीं करता। इन दो नियमों के आधार पर अब हम अपने जीवन में आदतों में जैसा चाहें बदलाव ला सकते हैं, नए गुण डाल सकते हैं, असंभव कार्य कर सकते हैं, अपना स्वभाव बदल सकते हैं। पूरी तरह निश्चित कीजिए कि आप कैसा बदलाव चाहते हैं। असमंजसता मानव मस्तिष्क की कमजोरी है, आदत है। जब हम बदलाव चाहते हैं तब अनेक प्रकार के विचार एक साथ चलने लग जाते हैं। कोई भी विचार या निष्कर्ष शक्तिशाली और निश्चित नहीं होने के कारण अवचेतन मन को प्रभावित नहीं कर पाता है, इसलिए बैठकर सोचिए कि आप क्या वास्तविक बदलाव अपने जीवन में चाहते हैं, उसे एक पेपर पर लिखें। संकल्प वर्तमान में लिखें भविष्य में नहीं। जो भी संकल्प आप लिखना चाहते हैं, उसे वर्तमान वाक्य में लिखें। मान लीजिए, आप में आत्मविास की कमी है तो वर्तमान में लिखें कि मैं आत्मविास से परिपूर्ण हूं। स्मरण शक्ति कमजोर है तो लिखें- मेरी स्मरण शक्ति बहुत तेज है। कमजोर अनुभव करते हैं तो लिखें कि मैं स्वस्थ व ऊर्जावान हूं। सुबह जल्दी नहीं उठते हैं तो लिखें कि मैं सुबह ठीक पांच बजे उठ जाता हूं और अपने सारे काम समय से निबटाता हूं। इस तरह न लिखें कि ‘हे ईर मेरा आत्मविास बढ़ाओ या स्मरण शक्ति तेज कर दो या मुझे शक्ति दो!’ ये वाक्य भविष्य के हैं, वर्तमान के नहीं। अवचेतन मन भविष्य के शब्द को, भविष्य की तरह लेता है। आप इस वाक्य में अवचेतन मन में ये शब्द और कल्पना का संदेश दे रहे हैं कि मेरे भीतर आत्मविास नहीं है, मेरी स्मरण शक्ति कमजोर है। इससे गलत प्रोग्रामिंग हो जाएगी और आपकी स्मरण शक्ति हमेशा भविष्य में तेज होती रहेगी, वर्तमान में नहीं होगी। अगर आप कल्पना में यह दृश्य बनाते हैं कि आप उस अवस्था को प्राप्त कर चुके हैं और आप वैसे ही हो चुके हैं, जैसा आप चाहते हैं तो अवचेतन मन इसी वर्तमान के दृश्य को स्वीकार करेगा और वैसी ही ऊर्जा निर्मित करना शुरू कर देगा। नकारात्मक भाव कभी न लिखें। मान लीजिए आप चाहते हैं कि आपका क्रोध समाप्त हो जाए तो आप अगर यूं लिखेंगे कि अब मुझे क्रोध नहीं आता, तो आप क्रोध को ही दोहरा रहे हैं। तब इसके विपरीत शांत व्यवहार, निष्प्रतिक्रिया का भाव तो आप पैदा ही नहीं कर रहे है। जब आप क्रोध कहेंगे तो क्रोध को ही कल्पना में लाएंगे। शांत व्यवहार या समताभाव को कल्पना में लाएंगे तो अवचेतन मन में शांत भाव की कल्पना न जाने से शांतभाव आप में आएगा ही नहीं।

साधारण लोग शरीर की शक्ति को ही सर्वोपरि मानते है । उनकी समझ में जो आदमी जितना अधिक हट्टा-कट्टा, पुष्ट और मजबूत स्नायुओं वाला होता है, वह उतना ही शक्तिशाली होता है । जो मनुष्य छ: मन बोझे को आसानी से एक जगह से उठाकर दूसरी जगह रख सकता है । मोटरगाड़ी को पकड़ कर रोक सकता है, लोहे की मोटी छड़ को मरोड़ सकता है, उसे बहुत बड़ा बलवान माना जाता है । एक ऐसा मनुष्य जो बीस सेर बोझा भी नहीं उठा सकता, ऐसे शक्तिशाली व्यक्ति को ललकार देता है और उसे अपनी आज्ञानुसार चलने को बाध्य कर देता है । तब हमको अनुभव होता है कि संसार में स्थूल शक्ति से भी बढ़कर कोई सूक्ष्म शक्ति काम कर रही है और वही वास्तव में समस्त कार्यों का मूल कारण है ।
विचार किया जाय तो संसार का आदि स्वरूप सूक्ष्म ही है और उसी से क्रमश: स्थूल का विकास हुआ है । इस प्रकार हम सूक्ष्म को स्थूल का कारण कह सकते हैं और कारण को जान लेने तथा स्ववश कर लेने पर कार्य को सफल बना सकना कुछ भी कठिन नहीं रहता । एक समय था जब मनुष्य केवल अपने हाथ-पैरों की या हाथी, घोड़े, बैल आदि की शक्ति को ही प्रधान मानता था और उसी से बड़े-बड़े कार्य सिद्ध करता था । उस समय अगर उनको कोई सौ मन की वस्तु अपने स्थान से हटानी पड़ती तो उसमें सौ आदमी ही लग जाते थे अथवा अनेक हाथी, बैलों आदि को एक साथ जोतकर इस कार्य को पूरा कराया जाता था । पर कुछ समय पश्चात जब मनुष्य को भाप जैसी सूक्ष्म वस्तु का ज्ञान हुआ तो उसकी सहायता से अकेला मनुष्य ही हजार-हजार टन वजन की वस्तुओं को हटाने में समर्थ हो गया ।
